4 Week Programme - 2 x 45 Minute sessions per week
8 Week Programme - 2 x 45 Minute sessions per week
12 Week Programme - 2 x 60 Minute sessions per week for the first 6 Weeks, 1x 60 Minute session per week thereafter
14 Week Programme - 2 x 60 Minute sessions per week for the first 6 Weeks, 1x 60 Minute session per week thereafter
