All programmes include an induction, to establish your goals, as well as, nutrition guidance and support.
4 Week Programme - 2 x 45 Minute sessions per week £200 - (Program Only - £50)
8 Week Programme - 2 x 45 Minute sessions per week £300 - (Program Only - £75)
12 Week Programme - 2 x 60 Minute sessions per week for the first 6 Weeks, 1x 60 Minute session per week thereafter £400 - (Program Only - £100)
14 Week Programme - 2 x 60 Minute sessions per week for the first 6 Weeks, 1x 60 Minute session per week thereafter £500 - (Program Only - £125)
