INGREDIENTS:
1 1⁄3 cup (350ml) coconut water
1⁄2 cup (125g) coconut yoghurt (dairy or other plant-based alternative)
1⁄3 cup (40g) vanilla protein powder (or natural protein powder)
2 tbs rolled oats (or brown rice flakes or quinoa flakes if gluten free)
1 medium banana
3⁄4 cup (100g) frozen raspberries
2 tsp chia seeds
4-5 ice cubes
METHOD:
