INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 1⁄3 cup (350ml) coconut water

  • 1⁄2 cup (125g) coconut yoghurt (dairy or other plant-based alternative)

  • 1⁄3 cup (40g) vanilla protein powder (or natural protein powder)

  • 2 tbs rolled oats (or brown rice flakes or quinoa flakes if gluten free)

  • 1 medium banana

  • 3⁄4 cup (100g) frozen raspberries

  • 2 tsp chia seeds

  • 4-5 ice cubes

METHOD:

  1. Blend all ingredients on high until smooth and creamy and serve immediately.
